He was born on November 16, 1954, in California, the beloved son to his parents William and Margurite (Diem) Lowe. During his working years, William was a Cook in the Hospitality industry for 25 years before his health required him to retire. He is survived by his partner Adriano and many others who knew and loved him. He will be forever missed. There are no formal services at this time. “, “”
