Wayne Covey

“Age 84 years, longtime resident of Riverside County. Entered Into Eternal Rest during the early afternoon of Wednesday, September 18, 2019 after failing health and hospitalization. He was born on April 11, 1935, in Santa Barbara, California, the beloved son to his parents Frank Covey of Utah and Charlotte Masterson of Nebraska. Wayne proudly served his Country when he enlisted in the United States Navy. After his Honorable Discharge, Wayne went on to work as a Manager in the Chemical Engineering industry for 40 years before his retirement. He is survived by his daughter Christie (Larry) Robillard and his son Kirk Covey. He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia Covey (d.2018).Shelter services with Full Military Honors will be held on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 10:30AM.
