VALENTINE HERNANDEZ May 13th, 1952- January 24th, 2022 Valentine Hernandez entered this world on Tuesday, May 13th, 1952 in Corona, California to loving parents Guadalupe & Maria Hernandez. Age 69, entered into eternal life on Monday, January 24th, 2022 in Corona, California with his devoted wife Mary Jane and loving children Jeremy, Jeff and Jenny by his side. Valentine was a life-long, born and raised resident of Corona, California. At a very young age, he started working at some of Coronas well established businesses like Lindys Cafe, Wolfsons clothing and Michaels market. He graduated from Corona High class of 71. The following year, he began his career as an upholsterer and married his high school sweetheart, Mary Jane. His ever lasting love for his craft and marriage lasted for the next 50 years! Valentine appreciated many of lifes gifts during his time with us. In his younger years, he enjoyed hunting with his older brothers, racing his Pontiac and riding his motorcycle. In later years, he was known to regularly enjoy going out spending time with his family and grand children. He loved sharing his stories, camping and going to the casino. Valentine will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Valentine is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Hernandez, and children; Son Jeremy (Nancie) Hernandez, Son Jeff Hernandez and Daughter Jennifer (Gabe) Leon; (5) Grand-children Landon, Brennen, Ryan, Sophie and Emma; (1) Sister Rosie (Hank) Verdusco; (1) Brother- in- law Sal (Sylvia) Ramirez and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe & Maria Hernandez; Brothers Frank, Henry & Benny Hernandez; and Sister Maria Ruvalcaba. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 8th, 2022 @ 9:30 A.M. at Thomas Miller Sierra Memorial Chapel 4933 La Sierra Ave, Riverside, CA 92505; Interment to follow @ 11:30 A.M. at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
