“Age 83, of Anza. Entered Into Eternal Rest on February 20, 2019 after failing health and hospitalization. He was born on October 23, 1935, in Italy, the beloved son to his parents Lambert Durand and Antoinette Biasibetti, both of Italy. After earning his bachelors degree, Tulvio worked as a Systems Manager for Carrier Landing Systems for 40 years before his retirement. He leaves behind his adored wife Noel, sons Thomas & Matthew as well as many more extended members of family and dear friends.Services will be held on March 6, 2019 at 12:30PM.
