He was born on February 23, 1957, in Mount Clemens, Michigan, the beloved son of Stanley and Patricia Strain. After high school, Steven went on to college where he earned his bachelors degree and worked as a loan officer for over 15 years. Soon, he met his loving wife, Caroline, and they went on to make a beautiful family.
