Sammie E. Cayton

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sammie Cayton, who departed this life on April 16, 2025, at the age of 66 in Riverside, CA. He was born on December 29, 1958, in Compton, California, Sammie was a beloved Husband & Father.

Sammie dedicated his career to advancing technology, leaving an indelible mark as a skilled computer technician. His passion for innovation and problem-solving inspired those around him, and he will be remembered not only for his technical expertise but also for his kind and supportive nature.

He is survived by his devoted wife for over 29 years, Teri Cayton, 2 daughters, Evalynda Cayton (age 35), Denise Cayton (Age 26), Son, Daniel Cayton (age 25) and 5 sisters, Bonnie Scott, Simmie Alexanderia, Shirley Cayton, Brenda McCall and Patricia Cayton. Their lives, as well as those of countless friends and colleagues, have been enriched by Sammie's warmth, wit, and unwavering support.

A memorial service will be held in his honor on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Eastvale Bible Church, 2191 Fifth Street, Norco, CA 92860. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Sammie are invited to attend and celebrate his life and legacy.

In this time of grief, we remember Sammie not just for the life he lived, but for the joy and love he brought into our lives. He will be greatly missed but forever cherished in our hearts.
