Samantha Louise Phillips

Samantha Louise Phillips was born March 12th, 1964, in Cheltenham, England. Her father George accepted a job in the United States and in 1967 the family emigrated to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Two years later the family relocated to San Francisco and subsequently Westminster where they lived before moving to Norco in 1979. Samantha became a naturalized US citizen upon her 18th birthday and graduated from Bolsa Grande High School in 1982. She studied at Orange Coast College aspiring to work in the banking industry and then later studied at California Paramedical and Technical College. Samantha suddenly passed away around 8:00am on Saturday April 27th, 2024, at her home in Norco, California. Samantha was preceded by her daughter, Victoria Rose Phillips, who passed away in 1990, and she is survived by her husband Ruben Leon Esparza and daughter Holly Alexandria Phillips.
