He was born on April 14, 1942, in the Philippines, the beloved son to his parents Bernardo and Urbana (Tabbon) Agtina. He worked over 11 years in the medical industry, focusing on the care of others. Prudencio leaves behind his adoring wife, Herminia, his children, siblings, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
