Patricia Castle

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Anne Castle, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, who left us peacefully on January 15, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on March 14, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, Patricia was a bright light in the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing her. She was the ultimate hostess who could always bring beauty, joy, and celebration everywhere she went.

Patricia was a Flight Attendant with Delta Airlines for 43 years and loved every minute of it. A free spirit who never wanted to be confined, she left to travel and see the world as soon as she was able. She brought back countless treasures from her adventures in the United States and abroad. She enriched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her plucky spirit, loyalty, and unwavering warmth made every flight a little brighter, and her memory will be cherished in the hearts of those who flew with her.

Patricia is survived by her loving children, son Sean Castle and daughter Claire Castle, her two grandchildren, Marigold and Violet, her sister, Margaret Mary (Ostrowsi) Huestis, who will forever carry on her legacy of love, creativity, humor, and jubilation.
