Born on October 21, 1932, Maria embodied the spirit of love, strength, and resilience throughout her 93 years of life. A cherished homemaker, Maria dedicated her life to nurturing her family and creating a warm home filled with love in Corona, California.Maria is survived by her beloved daughter, Elva Velasquez. She will be remembered not only for her unwavering love for her family but also for her deep roots in the Mexican-American community, representing cultural values, traditions, and a vibrant spirit that touched the lives of so many.A celebration of Maria's remarkable journey will be held on January 24, 2026. The day will begin with a Rosary at 9:30 am, followed by a heartfelt Mass at St. Edward Catholic Church at 10:00 am, where family and friends will gather to honor her life and share their cherished memories. The graveside service will follow at 11:30 am at Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest, surrounded by the love and warmth she shared with those around her.Maria's legacy of kindness, compassion, and familial devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. As we prepare to honor her life and celebrate her spirit, we invite all who were touched by her grace to join us in remembering a truly remarkable woman.
