“Age 73, Entered Into Eternal Rest on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 after illness and hospitalization. She was born on July 24, 1944, in Juarez, Mexico, the beloved daughter to her parents Juventino and Francisca (Cordova) Resendez. She married Salvador Magallanes and together they created a beautiful family: Maria, Abby, Manny, Gonzalo, Berta, John, Luis, George, and Tino. In addition to her family, she leaves behind one sister, Laura, 18 Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Grandchild. Maria joins her parents and 4 siblings in Eternity. May this family continue to cherish the memories made with Maria until they reunite once again. Services are scheduled for Friday, May 11, 2018 at 9AM. St. Mel Catholic Church. 4140 Corona Avenue.
