He was born on December 24, 1950, in Jesus Maria, Mexico, the beloved son to his parents Luis and Maria Ortega. As a young man, Manuel entered into the world of fabrication as a Welder for 40 years. He is survived by his soulmate, wife Maria, and their children: Emanuel, Luis, Octavio, Guadalupe, Silvia, Oscar, and Nancy, he was a devoted Grandpa to his 8 grandchildren.
