“Age 84, Entered Into Eternal Rest on Monday, March 27, 2017 in Los Angeles, California. Born on August 13, 1932 in the Philippines. She was the beloved daughter of Cesario Regular and Virginia Sanchez. Liceria had a Doctorates degree and was a General Practioner Dr. for the Healthcare industries for forty years. She will be greatly missed by her sisters; Lourdes Mercado and Elia Dumagat, brothers; Rafael and Nonoy Regular, daughters; Mary Tomilloso and Maria Custodio and sons Benjamin and Paolo Tomilloso. Visitation and rosary will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM at the Walker Family Mortuary Chapel in Lake Elsinore, California. Followed by Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Corona, California.“, “”
