“Age 81 years, Riverside County resident. Entered Into Eternal Rest during the morning hours of Monday, February 24, 2020 following illness and hospitalization. She was born on February 1, 1939, in England, the beloved daughter to her parents Alfred and Primrose (Garland) Dowling. A devoted wife and mother, Kathleen spent her adult years taking care of her husband Trevor and her children Michelle and Allison, as well as countless others who knew and loved her.
