Julia was born on January 28, 1933, in the Philippines, and her journey brought her to Corona, California, where she touched the lives of many through her kindness, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Julia dedicated her life to her family and her work in the board and care industry, where she created a warm and nurturing environment for those in her care. Her unwavering devotion and compassionate nature will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Cynthia Olidan and son, Virgilio Garcia, who carries forward Julia's legacy of strength and love. As a family, they shared countless memories filled with joy, laughter, and the deep bonds of affection that will forever remain in their hearts.

A funeral service to celebrate Julia's remarkable life will be held at Thomas Miller Mortuary on November 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor her memory and reflect on the joyous moments shared.
