Entered Into Eternal Rest during the late evening hours of Monday, February 24. 2020, just a mere 5 month after her husband Wheeler Kelly Entered Eternal Paradise. She was born on July 31, 1937, in Arkansas, the beloved daughter to her parents Joseph Thompson and Blanche (Dale) Thompson. Josephine is survived by her children Janice (Clark) Kelly Baker, Michael Baker & Glenn Baker. She will be forever missed. Mrs. Kelly will be laid to rest alongside her husband at the Riverside National Cemetery during a private burial.”, “”
