With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jose Daniel Yanez Delgado “Danny”, who left us far too soon on July 27, 2026, at the age of 39. Born December 11, 1986, Danny’s life was a bright tapestry woven with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories—a singular presence whose love, humor, and kindness will resonate for generations within those who had the privilege to know him.

Danny was truly one of a kind. He was known for his goofball moments and quick wit that could light up even the darkest day. His sense of humor drew people together, making friends feel like family and family feel like home. To describe Danny is to remember contagious laughter, a generous heart, and an unwavering love for music. His spirit was as unique as the melodies he cherished, and he moved through life delighting and comforting those around him, always eager to offer a kind word or a light-hearted joke.

Central to Danny’s world was his deeply rooted devotion to his family. His father, Francisco Yanez, and his mother, Maria del Carmen Yanez, loved him immensely, cherishing every moment as his parents. They remain to honor his legacy, carrying forth both their grief and immense pride in who he became. His daughter, Jaylah Yanez, and his son, Xavi Yanez, adored their father, remembering his warmth and playful energy, and holding close the guidance and affection he gave so freely.

Danny’s sister, Mayra Martinez Yanez, adored him deeply, cherishing the bond they shared from childhood through adulthood. She loved him with all her heart and will forever hold the memories they created together. His brother-in-law, Ricky Martinez, saw Danny not only as family but as a true brother, bonded by shared experiences and mutual respect. Their camaraderie was a testament to the strength of their relationship, enriched by their laughter and support for one another.

He also leaves behind his nephews Aaron, Adriano, and Andre, as well as his niece Aaliyah. Each of them loved Danny dearly and will carry his spirit with them, forever cherishing the joy he brought into their lives.

Bianca who held a special role in Danny’s journey, a devoted girlfriend along with her son Eddie shared a profound connection with Danny. They both loved him deeply and stood by him in his final moments, offering comfort and love that will forever be treasured.

Those who knew Danny could not help but be changed by him. Whether sharing a song, a joke, or a silent moment of understanding, he brought his very essence—honest and compassionate—into every room and relationship. Danny’s love for life, his genuine concern for others, and his boundless ability to find joy in the everyday moments set an example for all.

As we bid farewell to Danny, we will gather to celebrate his remarkable life. A viewing will take place on August 14, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Thomas Miller Mortuary, 1118 East 6th Street, Corona, CA. The funeral service will be held on August 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the same location, followed by burial at Corona Sunnyslope Cemetery, 1125 Rimpau Avenue, Corona, CA, at 12:00 PM.

Danny’s absence leaves a void impossible to fill, but his memory will live on—in his family’s laughter, in the music he loved, and in the joyful, loving spirit that defined his too-brief time with us. Rest in peace, Danny. Your light will never be forgotten! 🤍🕊️
