“Age 66, Riverside County resident. Entered Into Eternal Rest during the early afternoon hours of Sunday, January 5, 2020 after declining health and hospitalization. He was born on November 8, 1953, in Mexico, the beloved son to his parents Evencio Ramirez and Esther Gallegos, both of Mexico. During his working years, Jose was a Cook in the Restaurant industry for 25 years before his health required him to retire. Jose is survived by his adored wife, Silvia, sons: Daniel & Sebastian, as well as many more members of family and dear friends. He will be forever missed.
