“Age 74 years, long-time Riverside County resident. Entered Into Eternal Rest during the very early hours of Monday, January 6, 2020 after failing health. He was born on May 8, 1945, in California, the beloved son to his parents Clem Piper of Montana and Helen Bergon of California. After high school, John went on to proudly serve his Country by enlisting in the Army. Upon his Honorable Discharge, he went on to work as a City Worker, overseeing Street Maintenance. He is survived by his wife, Darlyn, his children, grandchildren, and countless others who knew and loved him. He will be missed.
