She was born on March 18, 1998, in Anaheim, California, the beloved daughter to her parents Francisco and Norma (Diaz) Villalobos. Following high school, Jocelyn went on to work at UPS in the receiving department. May the family find peace knowing that they will be reunited again one day. She will be forever missed.
