Hermila Simental Banuelos Herrera

It is with profound sadness and deep love that we announce the passing of Hermila Simental Banuelos Herrera, a beloved wife, homemaker, and cherished member of the Riverside community. Hermila was born on August 9, 1976, in Jalisco, Mexico, and she carried the warmth and spirit of her heritage throughout her life. Hermila dedicated herself to her family, nurturing a home filled with love, laughter, and the rich traditions of her Mexican roots. Her boundless compassion and unwavering strength touched the hearts of all who knew her. 

She was a guiding light to her husband, Miguel Simental, and her legacy of love will forever resonate with those she leaves behind. Hermila's journey may have come to an end on September 26, 2025, but her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift her loved ones. She will be remembered not only for her grace and kindness but also for her ability to make every gathering feel like a celebration of life. To honor her memory and celebrate her beautiful life, the following services will be held:- **Public Viewing:** Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at Thomas Miller Mortuary - Sierra Memorial Chapel on October 23, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm - **Rosary Service:** A Rosary will follow at Thomas Miller Mortuary - Sierra Memorial Chapel at 7:00 pm on the same evening. - **Mass Service:** A Mass in her honor will take place at Queen of Angeles Church on October 24, 2025, at 10:00 am. - **Graveside Service:** Hermila will be laid to rest at Olivewood Memorial Park following the Mass, at 11:30 am. 

Hermila's life was a testament to love and family, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. We invite all whose lives she touched to join us in remembering her with love and reflection as we say our final goodbyes. May she rest in peace.
