Francisco Santiago

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Francisco Javier Santiago, a beloved husband, father, and dedicated farmer, who left us peacefully on October 14, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on December 3, 1964, in the beautiful region of Jalisco, Mexico, Francisco embodied the spirit of resilience and hard work throughout his life.

Francisco was a proud Mexican and embraced his heritage as a Mexican American. As a devoted farmer, he spent his life sowing not just crops, but also the seeds of love, laughter, and community around him. His humble beginnings and dedication to his work were a testament to his character, and his legacy will continue to thrive in the fields he nurtured and the family he cherished.

He is survived by his loving wife, Maria Santiago, whose partnership was a beacon of support and warmth. Together, they raised their son, Francisco Santiago Zaragoza, who carries forward the values instilled by his father. Francisco's love for his family was evident in all he did, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Join us in celebrating the life of Francisco Javier Santiago. A public viewing will be held on October 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Walker Family Funeral Service 815 S. Main Street, Corona, California, where friends and family are invited to pay their respects and share cherished memories. A Mass in honor of Francisco will take place at St. Edward Catholic Church 417 W. Grand Blvd., Corona, California on the same day at 10:00 AM, reflecting the faith that guided him throughout his life.

Following the services, Francisco will be laid to rest in his beloved homeland of Jalisco, where he is set to return to the earth he loved so dearly.

In this time of sorrow, we embrace each other in mourning yet celebrate a life well-lived, filled with love, compassion, and the simple joys of family and community. Francisco Javier Santiago may no longer walk among us, but his spirit will forever guide and inspire all those whose lives he touched.
