She was born on March 11, 1944, in California, the beloved daughter to her parents Dolores and Raynelda Moreno. Frances devoted her life to education and worked as a Teacher for 28 years before her retirement. Together with her adored husband, Harrison, they built a beautiful life surrounded by family, friends, and their Church. Services will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 11:30AM.
