Evette Marie Velasquez

Evette Marie Velasquez, 41 years old, went home to be with the Lord on September 27, 2024. She was born in Barstow on September 28, 1982 to Danny and Cindy Velasquez. She is survived by her five boys, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Elijah, Miciah and Nehemiah; sister Deanne; brother David, sister-in-law, Bernadette, nephews; Joshua, Gredan, Riccko; nieces; Samantha, Leah, Mia, Raelynn; two great nieces; Jade and Jaliyah; aunts, uncles and many cousins . Evette attended Central High School and had many high school friends who continued to be lasting friends throughout her lifetime. Evette worked at Del Taco prior to her passing. Evette was caring, fun-loving and she will always be remembered by many for her “goofy” laugh. She laughed at her own jokes! She liked the Raiders (probably just because her brother David is an avid fan 🙂]. She will be missed by many but we rejoice she is with her Grandma Lydia, her two Grandpa’s Ralph and Louie, her Nina Viola, her Nino Frankie, her Uncle Michael and many other relatives. Her celebration of life will take place on October 18, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church; Rosary at 9 am; Eulogy at 9:30 am and Mass at 10 am. Graveside service to follow at Mt. View Memorial Park in Barstow, CA.
