She was born on December 9, 1949, in the Philippines, the beloved daughter to her parents Pascual and Mercedes (Collo) Alacar. She worked for over 34 years as a Registered Nurse before her retirement. Emma leaves behind her loving husband, Christopher, children: Valerie, Alan & Jason, and siblings: Diosdado, Nenita, Christina & Maximo. Services will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 11AM.
