Born on June 15, 1943 in Ohio to her beloved parents Lester Decker and Maxine Master. She was a Senior Legal Transcriber for the County Government for thirty-five years. Ellen will be dearly missed by her sons; Dan and Dough Miller and loving daughter Dina Miller; and by all those who knew and loved her dearly. “, “”
