She was born on February 24, 1924, in Russellville, Alabama, the beloved daughter to her parents Clarence and Kate (Guthrie) Hyde. Dorothy worked for over 20 years as a Assembler for medical manufacturing. She leaves behind her children: Karen Day & Franklin Geno, sister Lyla Saller, 2 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 12PM. First Southern Baptist Church. 9131 Watson St. Cypress, CA 90630.
