“Age 71, longtime resident of Riverside County. Entered Into Eternal Rest during the morning hours of Sunday, September 22, 2019, after failing health and hospitalization and one day shy of his 72nd birthday. He was born on September 23, 1947, in Brazil, the beloved son to his parents Joo Silva of Portugal and Siene Vilela of Brazil. Cirilo proudly served his Country, the United States of America, when he enlisted in the U.S. Army. During his tour, Cirilo served during Vietnam where he was injured during combat. He was awarded the Purple Heart for his sacrifices. Upon his Honorable Discharge, Cirilo went on to create his own ranch. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Diane; two daughters: De Anna grandchildren: Marc E. Wiseman, Sarah E. Wiseman, & Emily N. Wiseman; 3 grandchildren; and countless others who knew and loved him. Cirilo was preceded in death by his father Joo, his mother Siene; brother John Silva & Cirlene Silva. May they continue to cherish the memories they have made with Cirilo and look forward to being reunited once again. Services will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 10:30AM. St. Mel Catholic Church. 4140 Corona Avenue. Norco, CA. Shelter services with full Military Honors at 12:30PM. Riverside National Cemetery. 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, CA.”, “”
