As a baby and young toddler, he resided in Bell, but hegrew up in Corona alongside his younger brothers, Joshua andJacob. Christopher came to know Jesus as a young child, and heenjoyed attending service with his family on a continuum; somethinghe proudly did until illness prevented his physical ability to do so, butnot his heart or spirit. Christopher loved on Jesus until He called himhome.Christopher partook in basketball (his favorite sport), soccer, andswimming as a child, and he attended Vicentia Elementary School andRaney Intermediate School, where he received President's EducationAwards. He received academic GPA awards at Corona High School, and he graduated from Mt. San Antonio College with an associatedegree in June 2016, where he also worked for the EOPS/Careprogram. Karlaand Christopher shared a God-given love that some of us may neverexperience, and that was one of the many ways God loved on him.Christopher's walk with the Lord was nurtured by not only hisparents, but by his willing participation at the Crossroads Churchgenerate bible study, Water of Life Church School of Ministry, and Mt.Sac bible study. It was not out of character to witness Christopherpraying, worshipping, reading devotions, journaling, or serving onothers with all his heart. He took appreciation for God's creation ofthis beautiful earth, especially when studying abroad in Spain, inSpring 2018, and he was blessed to have visited, Amsterdam,Morocco, Budapest, and Italy! Yes, Christopherwas a foodie! He was a loyal, serving, compassionate, and supportivehuman being who was loved by all he touched, especially his family. He made life-long friends everywhere he went, and he maintained hisloyalty to each of them. He loved family gatherings, celebrations, andjoking around with anyone who loved to laugh. Valiantly laughing attimes as he battled an aggressive cancer that invaded certain parts ofhis body, but never his spirit. He praised his parents and girlfriendfor having survived an unexpected life expectancy because of all thelove and support he received from them and countless others.
