Born in Bremerton, WA, Carroll was the beloved son to Lloyd Collins Hewett and Patricia Ann Mullen. He was a car salesman for about thirty years. Carroll leaves behind his children, Jeremy, Johan and Carolina; his girlfriend, Susan Wrinkle and his siblings, Marilyn and Larry. Carroll will be greatly missed by his dear family and friends.
