“Billie Ann Ring-Dishman, born February 8, 1939, departed peacefully, going to our Lord Jesus Christ on January 26, 2018. She was the daughter of Dr. Louis J. Ring and Alfrieda E. Schaefer Ring Kinser. Billie is survived by her husband, Bennie Dishman, married November 12, 1976, in the city of Orange, California. Her children, Sharon Tutino, Karen Loya, and Rene Loya, 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter. Billie loved everyone, especially her dogs. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request that you please consider adopting a homeless dog or cat.There will be no formal services.“, “”
