He was born on March 29, 1980, in Mexico, the beloved son to his parents Roberto and Ana Tovar. Arturo had a generous spirit and a compassionate heart, as it showed during his time as a Caregiver in the health care field. He leaves behind his longtime love, wife Jessica, children Jessica and Ceasar Luna, parents Roberto Sr. & Ana, sister Yadira (Cristian) Zambrano, brother Roberto Jr., nephew Damien, nieces Irene & Kamila, and many friends.
